Jeff O'Kelley is a freelance photographer and journalist, based in the Tampa, Florida area. He specializes in Tour Photojournalism, which combines live concert photography and candid tour images with show reviews, promotional articles, blogs entries and interviews to provide a complete tour promotional solution to bands, artists and PR representatives.
